You may request a return (RGA#) within 15 days of your order date by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns outside our 15 day return policy will not be accepted, unless defective. Once a return (RGA#) is requested, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to return your package. Customers are responsible for any freight arrangements and/or costs associated with the returning package. RGA#'s are good for 10 days from the date of issuance.
In order to receive a refund, all items on your return must meet the following criteria:
- Must have been issued a valid RGA
- Must be in resalable condition
- Must be free from scratches and/or defects
- Must be in original manufacturer's box and packaging
- Must have not been installed
- Must not be missing pieces (keys, screws, ect.)
- Must not be a special order or non-stock item
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment once the product is received back and inspected by our warehouse. This process usually takes 7-10 business days. Please note that your refund will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable once an order or part of an order has shipped from the manufacturer warehouse.
Orders may be cancelled without a cancellation fee if it is a stock order that has not shipped from the manufacturer warehouse. All non-stock items will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. All special factory orders will be non-returnable. Some other items may not be returnable due to special orders of lengths, or specie. If your order is too far along in the shipping process, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to request a return (RGA#) upon receipt of the order. Please know, we pack & ship orders FAST!
