Shipping Information: Orders will be shipped either by UPS/USPS, or by common carrier (freight carrier). Please contact us about shipping. Shipping rates for orders under 150lbs are calculated in the shopping cart. For orders over 150 lbs. please contact the home office for an estimate or split your order accordingly.Some orders with long lengths may have additional cost for shipping. You will be contacted in this event to ok shipping cost.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All returns must be pre-approved by stairpartsonly.com. All merchandise returned will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 15 days in saleable condition, and less shipping charges. All cancelled factory orders are subject to 25% cancellation fee. Non-stock items, or items held more than 30 days cannot be returned unless defective. We will accept defective returns within the manufacturer's warrantee period. No returns on special orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to defective returns.
